Bring a shirt you love, or one you would like to improve. A collar that feels tight, sleeves that run long or a little too much volume gives us somewhere to begin.

The pleasure of a beautiful cloth
Explore cotton, linen and other available cloths, including selections from Albini, Thomas Mason and Canclini. Availability varies; we will show you the options for your shirt.
A smooth cotton, a textured weave, the relaxed movement of linen. Feel the differences and choose what you enjoy wearing. We explain the composition and care of blends and performance fabrics too.
We look at the cloth as a whole: its feel, weight, coverage and ease of care. Yarn count is useful, but the right fabric is the one that suits the shirt you want to live in.

The collar and cuffs
A collar that frames the face
A tie, an open neck or a little of both: the way you wear your shirt guides the collar. We look for a shape that frames your face, sits well beneath a jacket and feels comfortable.
Room at the wrist
We choose cuffs with the room you need at the wrist and the way you like to dress. Buttons or a discreet monogram can add something personal without overwhelming the shirt.
Length / Ease / Movement
Room to move, a line that feels right
Your shirt should move comfortably with you. We look at sleeve and body length, room through the chest or bust, and whether you prefer to wear it tucked in or loose.
Meet us in person or online. We guide the measurements, discuss your references and explain how your shirt will be made and its fit checked before you order.

Timing, price and care

The fabric and personal details determine the final price. We confirm your quote together before you place your order.
Approximately fifteen business days
Allow approximately fifteen business days for production once the design and fabric are finalised; delivery is additional. If you have a date in mind, tell us so we can confirm the schedule.
Care for the chosen cloth
Tell us how you usually launder your shirts when choosing the fabric. Follow the care instructions supplied with your piece; each fibre and finish has its own needs.
