• Some brands may ship directly from their warehouse, adding 2-3 days to shipping time.
• If your order consists of multiple items, they may come from different locations and you will receive separate tracking information.
• No extra fees for multiple shipments.

• All international orders are shipped with a tracking number via courier or expedited postal service.
• Some brands may ship directly from their warehouse, adding 2-3 days to shipping time.
• Whenever a parcel crosses an international border, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs-clearance or brokerage charges not expressly included at checkout. This applies to all international destinations, including orders shipped directly from a brand’s overseas warehouse. These charges must be paid when requested by the carrier or customs authority.
• Refusing delivery or declining to pay import charges does not automatically cancel your order or trigger an immediate refund. Please contact Maison Alltrueist before refusing a parcel so we can explain the next steps.
• If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed or returned because of an incorrect address or unpaid import charges, its return may take substantially longer than a standard return. Customs clearance and return transit can cause extended delays. Where permitted by applicable law, any eligible refund will be processed only after the parcel has physically arrived at the designated return warehouse and all charges incurred by Maison Alltrueist have been fully confirmed, reconciled and settled with the carrier or customs authority. We may need to wait for final invoices before completing this process.
• Any actual outbound and return shipping costs, handling or storage fees, brokerage charges, and re-import duties or taxes incurred by Maison Alltrueist may be deducted from an eligible refund, where permitted by law. Refusing a parcel does not make a final-sale or otherwise ineligible item refundable. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights; any applicable country-specific cancellation and refund rights take precedence.
• Promotions offering free shipping with a discount code will be shipped without a tracking number.
  

• Signature required on all purchases over $160 for security purposes.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your package.
• If a parcel is returned because it could not be delivered or was refused, the refused-delivery terms above apply to any eligible refund, including the return and charge-settlement process.
• "No signature required" option available for purchases over $160 upon request in the "Order Notes" section before checkout.
• Maison Alltrueist is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when "no signature required" option is requested.
• Signature requirements cannot be changed once the package has left our premises.
• Items under $160 will be shipped without signature requirement.
• Maison Alltrueist reserves the right to use different carriers without prior notification.
