Our selection includes wools, cashmeres, linen, cotton and animal-free alternatives. The composition and any specific certifications belong with the individual product. We are happy to help you understand the feel, care and suitability of a material.

Many garments can be altered as your needs change, within the limits of their construction and available seam allowance. We assess the piece before advising on what is possible and the cost. A change in fit or style after delivery may involve a paid alteration.

Standard-sized, non-customized made-to-order knitwear and footwear can be eligible for return. Bespoke, made-to-measure and personalized pieces have different conditions. Please read our return policy, including the terms applicable to your market, before ordering.
